Kimlun Group is an engineering and construction services provider specialising in infrastructure and building construction, project management, industrial building systems (IBS) and manufacture of pre-cast concrete products. Ancillary to our core business, we also involve in property development and trading in construction and building materials. We have the ability to act as a one-stop engineering services provider, capable of providing a comprehensive and integrated range of concrete products and engineering and construction services to our customers. As a CIDB registered Grade 7 building and infrastructure construction service provider, our building construction services include the construction of shop houses, low and high-rise residential buildings, commercial and industrial buildings (and related structures) whilst our infrastructure construction services comprise the construction of roads, drainage, bridges, flyovers and interchanges. Our pre-cast concrete division specialises in manufacturing a diverse range of pre-cast concrete products and IBS building components such as tunnel lining segments, segmental box girders, pre-stressed concrete wall panels, pre-cast bath rooms, stair cases, box culverts and U-shaped drains.

Our Group’s business could be divided into 3 divisions, namely Engineering and Construction Services, Concrete Products Manufacturing and Property Development.
